At FashionPreppy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process in partnership with our U.S.-based suppliers, including Trendsi.

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned

🔄 Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@fashionpreppy.com with your:

• Order number
• Reason for return

We’ll provide detailed return instructions based on the supplier’s U.S. return warehouse.

🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Beauty products
2. Bodysuits
3. Face masks
4. Intimates & lingerie
5. Jewelry
6. Swimwear

🔁 Exchanges

• We accept exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• To request an exchange, contact us at support@fashionpreppy.com with your order number and item details.
• Exchange shipping fees may apply.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• If we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, return shipping is free.
