3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD.

4. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed via our U.S.-based supplier Trendsi.
• FashionPreppy.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud or supplier stock unavailability).
• A confirmation email will be sent once your order is accepted and being processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the United States only.
• Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate (unless otherwise noted).
• Delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days from our U.S. supplier warehouse.
• Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost for sample orders.
• Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 7-day return window for most items after delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Certain items (e.g., intimates, clearance) are final sale and non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
