Cash on Delivery

All orders on PremiumBooks are Cash on Delivery (COD). You don’t pay anything online — simply pay the delivery rider in cash when your book(s) arrive at your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & major cities: 1–3 working days
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days
• Remote areas: up to 7 working days

Timelines depend on our courier partners and may vary during sales, public holidays or severe weather.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if any) are confirmed at the time your order is placed via WhatsApp or the order form, based on your city and order value. We’ll always tell you the final amount before your order is dispatched.

Order Confirmation

After you submit the order form or message us on WhatsApp, our team confirms your order details (book, quantity, address) before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable, as the courier may call before delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because books are inspected before dispatch, we accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong title or edition
• The book arrived damaged or with missing/torn pages
• The wrong quantity was delivered

To request a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

What We Can’t Accept

• Change-of-mind returns after the book has been delivered and opened
• Returns requested more than 48 hours after delivery
• Books returned without their original condition
